Take your Career to New Heights with our Emerging Leaders Program

The Emerging Leaders Program is a unique offer in the credit union movement. Rather than simply waiting for his or her leadership presence to materialize, each participant in the program has a unique opportunity to proactively enhance the growth and emergence of untapped potential as a leader.

The program is broken up into three different three-day sessions—one in late March, another in June, and a third in September. Attendees receive individual attention through one-on-one executive coaching, leadership assessments and development planning, and instructors and mentors provide genuine support and feedback on how their own self can best be integrated with the leadership qualities needed today and in the future.

This program is an incredible opportunity for participants to cultivate their career!
