Neil Goldman

Senior Partner, Goldman Consulting & Strategy, Inc.

Neil Goldman is the senior partner of Goldman Consulting & Strategy. He has worked with financial institutions in more than 40 states, helping credit union leaders understand and better meet the needs of their current and potential members. Goldman holds a doctorate degree in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University and has been recognized nationally for his net promoter research. Goldman’s educational background also includes an MBA with a marketing emphasis from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in communication studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Arnold Kuijpers

Director, Corporate Affairs, Rabobank Nederland

Arnold Kuijpers is well positioned to share the Rabobank story, as his leadership experience in the Rabobank system spans more than 30 years. He has served on the economic research teams, headed product group savings and deposits in the retail banking sector, led money market development in the financial division and served as managing director of Rabobank Ireland Limited. In 1996, Kuijpers took on the role of global business manager of health care for Rabobank International, then led Rabobank Nederland’s corporate strategy and products market efforts. He now serves as the director of corporate affairs for Rabobank Nederland. Kuijpers has served on the boards of banks and other financial institutions in many countries and currently is an executive committee member of UNICO Banking Group, the European Association of Cooperative Banks and the Banking Stakeholders Group of the European Banking Authority. Kuijpers holds a master's degree in macroeconomics from Tilburg University.

Jeff Russell

Jeff Russell is linked to the credit union movement from a number of different angles, as he is the senior advisor for The Members Group, president and CEO of TMG Financial Services, and the chief strategy officer for Affiliates Management Company. As a recognized expert in credit union growth and in the payments industry, Russell focuses on innovation and on finding new ways for credit unions to remain relevant in today’s marketplace. He is active in a number of associations centered on collaboration and growth initiatives, and Russell is a sought-after speaker and presenter thanks to his expertise in strategic planning and his forward-thinking understanding of the future of the financial services industry.
