In order to streamline our process and get the funds to the hospitals as quickly and efficiently as possible, we are urging our credit unions to remit funds to the Children’s miracle Network Hospital headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah instead of to NWCUA or to your local hospital. Rest assured, 100% of your funds will still be donated to your local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, NWCUA will be in contact with CMH as these donations are routed to the hospital of your choice. Simply indicate the hospital(s) you would like to receive the funds on the Donation Submittal Form, and mail the form along with your check to the accounting team at Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.  As a reminder, the hospitals need funds as often as possible, so please send checks as soon as your fundraiser is complete.
